Job Summary

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing approaches to secure new business for Compass. Leverage relationships in the legal community and conduct outreach to generate profitable business. Manage leads and sales data using Salesforce, educating attorneys on the value of Compass’ services. Meet or exceed sales goals set by Leadership. Requires proven sales expertise, consultative selling skills, and a willingness to travel 35% to 50% of the time for business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in various B2B sales techniques, including cold phone calling, lead generation, and office visits
  • Over 5 years’ experience providing excellent customer service skills
  • Proven history of sourcing new clients
  • 2+ years’ experience in Salesforce or other CRM experience, required
  • 5-10+ years of experience working in the legal services sales field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong communication, speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to use Excel filters and mail merge functions
  • Independent ability to build presentation content and slides for clients
