Job Summary
Strategic Partnerships Director tasked with owning and growing a portfolio of strategic partnerships across AI platforms, enterprise software, and channel partners. Lead partnership strategy with senior leadership, develop executive-ready proposals and materials, manage the partnerships pipeline from origination to close, and ensure cross-functional alignment to scale the function. Ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in partnerships or related fields, a proven track record of structuring and closing high-value deals with large enterprises, exceptional executive-level communication, and deep familiarity with the AI ecosystem and marketing/advertising tech. Based in NYC or SF with a hybrid schedule and significant ownership in a fast-growing company.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, management consulting, or related field
- Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, high-value partnerships with large enterprise or platform organizations
- Strong executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent commercial judgment and analytical thinking
- Ability to assess deal value, evaluate partnership opportunities, and structure creative terms
- High attention to detail and a strong standard for external-facing work
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with significant ownership
- Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including enterprise AI tools and platform partners
