Job Summary
Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive field marketing and partnerships in the heavy industry/metallurgy sector in France, with a hybrid office setup (Paris HQ and satellite hubs). Responsibilities include deep market research in metallurgy, developing tailored sales assets and objection-handling guides, strengthening relationships with industry associations (e.g., UIMMs) and regional/national bodies, generating qualified lead pipelines through field initiatives, organizing or sponsoring targeted events, and establishing thought leadership to position Alan as a metallurgy HR challenges expert. Must combine marketing expertise with stakeholder management, fluent French, and strong English, and be capable of operating autonomously within traditional B2B environments while aligning with Alan’s prevention-focused insurance-and-care platform.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in partnerships roles, field marketing, event marketing, or sales development in B2B industrial sectors
- Full working proficiency in French
- Advanced level in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience creating and executing localized marketing campaigns in regional markets
- Strong networking and pitching skills with operational decision-makers and regional business leaders
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong ownership and accountability in delivering measurable results
