Job Summary
Own the relationship for an assigned portfolio of third-party partner sites and act as their primary point of contact inside PSI. Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner owners and operators, run regular business reviews, and resolve escalations to remove blockers. Hold partners accountable to network standards for quality, security, and the test-taker experience while managing standardized agreements. Onboard new partners, track performance against KPIs, and lead remediation or offboarding conversations as needed. Identify growth opportunities within the region and escalate risks to leadership. This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday with regular travel to partner sites, most work done remotely. Success is measured on retention, satisfaction, and adherence to standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners, franchisees, vendors, or channel relationships
- Experience in a customer- or client-facing role
- Bachelor's/undergraduate degree
- progressive experience in a related field

- Experience in a testing, certification, or regulated service environment
- Skills in Microsoft Office software
