Job Summary

Strategic Partnership Manager, Member Rewards responsible for identifying and developing partner opportunities, negotiating win-win agreements, and driving growth of the AMA Member Rewards program. Leads cross-functional collaboration with marketing to bring offers to life, uses data and market insights to shape strategy, and builds strong, ongoing partner relationships to enhance member experience and loyalty. Reports to the Manager, Membership Product & Rewards and focuses on bridging strategy and execution across the rewards program, driving partner acquisition, program growth, and delivering meaningful offers aligned with AMA’s goals.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business is an asset
