Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing approaches to secure new business. Build relationships in the legal community and manage leads using Salesforce. Actively participate in promoting Compass at industry events. Meet sales goals while demonstrating knowledge of B2B sales techniques, and proficient use of Microsoft applications. The position requires strong communication skills and a willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience working in a comparable field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, speaking, and writing skills
- Willingness and ability to travel 35% of the time
