Job Summary
Strategic Partnerships Lead for JPMorgan Private Bank: Lead evaluation, negotiation, and execution of strategic inorganic opportunities for the Private Bank, including the Family Office and Lifestyle Services program. Drive the pipeline across private banking, wealth management, and cross-business partnerships; develop partner proposals with business owners, including partnership economics and product integration. Collaborate with finance, legal, and other partners to build business cases and deal terms; monitor market developments and advise senior executives. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, lead cross-functional analyses, and deliver flawless work across multiple projects. Requires experience leading complex strategic partnerships, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for consumer financial services, FinTech, and WealthTech.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent experience required
- MBA degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in strategic partnership and/or strategy roles (candidate must have at least 5 years)
- proven ability to lead end-to-end partnerships and deals, including negotiation, business casing, and diligence
- experience with FinTechs or WealthTechs is preferred
- familiarity with venture and fundraising ecosystem
- prior Wealth Management/Private Banking or Family Office experience
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint
