Job Summary
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across semiconductors, electronics, manufacturing, defense, IT, cryogenics, and quantum technologies. Lead executive-level negotiations to structure long-term collaboration models including technology partnerships, co-development programs, and strategic supply agreements. Build alliances that accelerate product development, industrialization, and supply chain resilience while representing Alice & Bob at industry events. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Leadership to maximize partnership value. Join the team to help establish a strong ecosystem of industrial and technology partners supporting the transition from research to a global quantum computing OEM.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate strategy within deep tech or advanced industrial environments
- Proven experience negotiating and managing complex partnerships with Tier-1 international organizations
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following industries: semiconductors, electronics, advanced manufacturing, defense, aerospace, IT, or deep tech
- Experience working with executive stakeholders across international markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent English
