Job Summary
Strategic Partnership, Division Chief responsible for administrative oversight, recruitment collaboration, mentorship and training, and performance evaluation within a defense-technology division. The role oversees team operations, streamlines logistics, participates in candidate interviews with HR, mentors staff, and contributes to annual performance reviews. Requires proven management experience in software development and analytics teams in the defense sector, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to serve as the main point of contact to the prime contractor. Must foster relationships with the prime contractor, manage project budgets and staffing, and track deliverables to meet milestones. TS/SCI clearance is required; Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred. Salary range $150,000–$200,000, with comprehensive benefits including competitive retirement options and health coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in the defense industry
- experience managing software development and analyst teams
- strong customer relationship management skills
- ability to be main point of contact to the prime contractor
- ability to foster strong relationships with the prime contractor and identify additional opportunities
- experience tracking project deliverables, meeting project deadlines and milestones
- leadership and management capabilities to support a growing team of developers
- TS/SCI required
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
