Job Summary
Strategic Partnership Development Manager responsible for building and activating referral partnerships with law firms, maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective and active partners, and driving consistent referral activity. Key duties include identifying aligned law firms, initiating outreach to attorneys and decision-makers, onboarding new partners, ensuring ongoing partner engagement, and tracking pipeline performance. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, proactive outreach, organization, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional services environment. Hybrid role based in Ogden, UT with in-office collaboration three days per week and occasional travel to conferences or partner meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management
- Experience prospecting, engaging, and converting external stakeholders into active partnerships
- Experience managing pipeline-driven or quota-based workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Experience using CRM or pipeline tracking tools
