Job Summary
Strategic Partner Director, Channel Sales accountable for delivering revenue targets via partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals, managing full-cycle partner sales, recruiting and enabling new partners, and executing joint GTM with partners. Responsibilities include pipeline management, forecast accuracy, partner portfolio performance, CRM hygiene, and cross-functional alignment with Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Operations. Requires 7+ years in channel sales/alliances or partner account management, success in achieving revenue quotas, and proficiency with Salesforce and partner-management tools; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Familiarity with fintech, SaaS, identity verification, or fraud prevention solutions is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in channel sales, alliances, or partner account management
- experience recruiting, enabling, and managing partners
- proficiency in Salesforce and partner management tools (PRM, attribution, co-sell tracking)
- strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- experience in fintech, SaaS, or identity/fraud solutions (preferred)
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred)
