Job Summary
Field Finance Manager responsible for designing, implementing, and managing financing solutions that support partner and end-user growth across North America; leads financing strategy and governance, collaborates with corporate finance, treasury, legal, risk, and sales teams, and drives onboarding of third‐party providers, principal negotiations, program lifecycle management, and KPI tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in finance, financial services, commercial finance, or partner/end-user financing programs
- Strong knowledge of financing instruments such as leasing, loans, subscription models, usage-based financing, and structured financial solutions
- Proven experience presenting complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to model scenarios, assess risk, and interpret financial data
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers internally and externally
