Job Summary
Own strategic initiatives end-to-end across Encord's human data supply operations — from scoping problems to building plans and delivering results. Connect leadership with internal teams and external partners, design frameworks and playbooks to scale operations, and identify opportunities to use AI to automate and improve workflows. Track key performance metrics, surface insights for leadership, and build scalable processes that hold up at growth. Grow university and research community partnerships globally to expand the contributor network and design/incentivize a scalable contributor rewards program. This role requires an owner mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and strong problem-solving to translate priorities into actionable programs.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a fast-paced operational role (consulting background strongly preferred)
- Strong structured problem-solving skills; ability to turn an ambiguous challenge into a clear plan with measurable outcomes
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
- Comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and performance data to drive decisions
- Interest in AI, data, or the future of knowledge work is a strong plus
