Job Summary
Strategic Operations Coordinator role in hybrid Los Angeles centered on keeping operational workflows accurate, organized, and running smoothly. Responsibilities include data management (data entry, imports/exports, routine record upkeep), content and resource coordination (library and database maintenance, platforms like Absorb), process documentation and adherence, general operational support (scheduled uploads, report distribution, recurring workflows), task tracking and follow-up, independent workload management, systems coordination, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing improvements. Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, strong attention to detail, experience with multiple software platforms, ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines, and effective communication across teams. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, and prior experience in education/Expanded Learning is a plus. The role offers a full-time, exempt position with a hybrid work arrangement in Los Angeles, CA, and a compensation range of $25.00-$32.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfort working across multiple software platforms and digital tools; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in a role requiring close attention to detail, adherence to established procedures, and accurate record-keeping or documentation
- Experience managing a varied workload with competing priorities, tracking tasks through to completion, and communicating status clearly to others
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent ability to maintain accuracy across data entry, record-keeping, and documentation tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload, track multiple open tasks, and meet deadlines consistently
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and keep the right people informed
- Ability to work independently and stay self-directed
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment, able to shift focus as priorities change while maintaining quality and follow-through
- Demonstrated experience working with ethnically and culturally diverse communities, with an understanding of and genuine commitment to the communities Woodcraft Rangers serves
- Prior experience in the education sector or Expanded Learning field is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Valid LIVE Scan, TB Clearance, and CPR Certification (provided by Woodcraft Rangers)
