Strategic Operations Coordinator

Early-career Strategic Operations Coordinator role focused on executive support for the three co-founders and oversight of the Vancouver HQ operations (travel and scheduling, vendor relationships, events, and campus culture). Growth into strategic work alongside the Manager, Strategic Projects includes planning sessions, cross-functional initiatives, board prep and follow-up, and helping build/roll out internal AI-based process tooling. The role emphasizes foundational operational work first, with later emphasis on strategic projects and the deployment of AI tooling, while maintaining discretion and strong organizational skills.
