Job Summary
Strategic Operations Associate will partner with the Head of Data to source, evaluate, and expand data partnerships; become an expert on the data provider landscape; manage vendors and contracts; pursue cost optimization across the data supply chain; drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Finance, and Product; support pricing strategy as data offerings evolve; and lead data-focused partnership outreach with the Partnerships team to activate strategic data opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, investment banking, consulting, or a similarly demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial instincts with experience managing vendors or evaluating partnerships
- Ability to track and synthesize AI/data landscape changes quickly and translate into internal actions
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, and Product
- Clear communication, organized, and high agency with a low ego
- Curiosity about how AI systems work and ability to adapt to rapid changes
