Job Summary
Strategic MRP Planner responsible for developing and maintaining medium- to long-term material supply plans to support business needs, analyzing material availability and supplier constraints, and implementing mitigation plans. Oversees inventory projections to ensure optimal stock coverage and supports working-capital objectives, while forecasting material purchases and cash flow for visibility to stakeholders. Manages provisions for retained and obsolete materials and collaborates with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance and R&D to support innovation projects, product launches, formula changes, and packaging modifications. Drives continuous improvements in planning processes and systems; requires Excel proficiency and ERP experience (SAP; Power BI), with strong analytical and communication skills and intermediate English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Experience in Supply Planning, Material Planning, MRP or supply chain-related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, Power BI)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate English
