Job Summary
Strategic Mentor responsible for guiding growth-oriented business owners and leadership teams. Responsibilities include mentoring clients, facilitating strategic planning and execution, inspiring the implementation of systems and processes, analyzing financial statements, KPIs, and operational performance, helping improve profitability and revenue growth, driving accountability, building client relationships and retention, and delivering workshops and training sessions. Ideal candidates possess proven business leadership, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication/presentation skills; preferred experience in HVAC/plumbing/electrical/home services and coaching/mentoring.
