Job Summary
Strategic Marketing Manager at Justrite Safety Group responsible for owning and driving the integrated marketing growth engine for a business unit. Leads development of target segments, differentiated positioning, and value propositions; architectures and executes multi-channel demand-generation programs to build pipeline and revenue; partners with Sales and Product leadership to align go-to-market plans; manages budgets and KPIs; provides voice-of-market for product roadmap and portfolio decisions; enables Sales with tools and content to improve win rates; monitors market trends and competitiveness; champions customer insights and data-driven performance reporting to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial or technical markets
- Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth
- Strong business acumen and ability to operate as a strategic partner to sales and product leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
- Deep understanding of demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy
- Ability to translate technical product features into clear, differentiated market value
- Strong analytical capability with experience using marketing and CRM performance data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% - 50%
