Job Summary
Lead strategy and execution for Meridian targeting mid-market accounting firms; define go-to-market and pipeline plays, own messaging and demand programs, and partner with sales to move prospects from first impression to signed contract. Senior IC with 10+ years in complex B2B marketing, skilled in demand generation, ABM, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, franchise, and partner teams. AI-fluent and hands-on, you’ll build programs without an immediate large team, reporting to the VP of Marketing. Hybrid role based in San Francisco or Nashville with in-office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Responsible for segment strategy, pipeline ownership, and articulating a clear market narrative for Meridian in mid-market accounting firms.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Strong foundation in demand generation and account-based marketing
- Experience partnering with sales leadership on account prioritization and pipeline goals
- AI-fluent in your own workflow; using LLMs and AI tools to draft, iterate, and run plays at scale
- Comfortable operating as a senior IC
- Willingness to collaborate with Franchise IC and Partner Marketing & Events Lead
- Excellent written and verbal communication
