Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications plans to support firmwide objectives, aligning growth-focused teams with integrated initiatives. Serve as the primary marketing contact for Sequoia advisors and specific channels, providing strategic counsel, collateral support, and guidance on available tools. Facilitate content production across email, presentations, and printed materials, guiding written assets through visual design to ensure alignment with project objectives and key audience expectations. Lead regularly scheduled partnership strategy meetings and bring action items to the MarComm team for execution while collaborating with all department members to deliver optimal firm outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of related experience preferably in a multi-family office or Registered Investment Advisory firm
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies for multi-tiered organizations, departments, and channels
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
- Professional presence and ability to develop strong working relationships with leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence or continue employment at any point in time
- Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, prolonged periods working on a computer, standing and walking is required for this role
- Depending on location, occasional moving and lifting light equipment and/or furniture may be required
- This role may require occasional travel, including travel to client sites, company offices, or industry events, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of personal financial services delivery to UHNW and HNW clients is preferred
