Job Summary
The Strategic Market Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting organizational strategy development related to program growth, service line expansion, and market positioning through advanced analytics and financial modeling. Key responsibilities include providing analytical support for the integration of acquired healthcare entities, conducting detailed market assessments, and developing financial pro formas for new initiatives. The position requires expertise in Excel for financial modeling, proficiency in business intelligence platforms like Tableau and Power BI, and familiarity with geospatial analytics tools such as ArcGIS. Strong communication skills are essential for translating complex analytical findings into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Public Health, or a related field
- Five (5) or more years of experience in healthcare analytics, strategy, finance, consulting, or system growth initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Experience with business intelligence platforms (Tableau and/or Power BI)
- Working knowledge of geospatial analytics tools (ArcGIS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting executive-level decision-making
Desired Qualifications
