Strategic Lead, Forecasting and Metrics Analytics

Job Summary
In this role, you will drive enterprise-level forecasting, performance measurement, and strategic insight generation in support of the Financial Advisor Services (FAS) business. You will serve as a strategic analytics partner to senior leaders, leading complex analytical initiatives, developing forecasting models, and translating analytical outputs into executive narratives. Responsibilities include ensuring data quality, mentoring analysts, and monitoring emerging trends in analytics. A Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative STEM field preferred
- 5+ years of relevant modeling/forecasting or analytics experience
- Deep expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and executive communication
- Strong experience working with financial and digital data to inform strategic decisions
- Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling to translate complexity into clarity
- Experience with forecasting tools and techniques, including Prophet or comparable solutions
- Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize work based on business impact
