Job Summary
Vice President Business Manager in Strategic Investors Group Investment Banking Business Management partnering with senior leaders across Global Banking and Global Investment Banking to manage and optimize business performance. Responsibilities include advising on strategy, translating priorities into sequenced plans and budgets, defining and tracking KPIs, building materials for reviews, delivering data-driven recommendations, and leading cross-functional initiatives with product, technology, risk, legal, and finance to operationalize strategy and deliver launch-ready programs. Requires exceptional relationship management and executive-level communication, with ability to respond quickly to time-sensitive deliverables and provide strategic guidance across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Strategy, or Consulting
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end initiatives with senior stakeholders in complex environments, with minimal oversight
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; executive-level storytelling; dynamic relationship-building across functions
- Self-starter who balances big-picture thinking with detail; able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-quality presentations
- Interest in expanding investment banking product and sector knowledge over time
