Strategic Intelligence Analyst (Americas)

Job Summary
Strategic Intelligence Analyst focused on the Americas. Monitor and assess planned events and emerging risks across the Americas using OSINT, produce timely intelligence alerts and reports, and serve as the primary Americas intelligence resource. Responsibilities include tracking demonstrations, protests, labor activity, and other activism-related events; delivering weekly briefs and situation reports; validating information and ensuring high-quality intelligence products; collaborating with the Global Intelligence Team. Requires a 24/7 mindset with a shift pattern (Shift: Tue-Sat, 9am-5pm CT) and remote-work eligibility within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in intelligence analysis, strategic intelligence, geopolitical risk, security operations, international relations, risk analysis, or related field
- Strong analytical judgment and decision-making with ability to evaluate evolving situations and communicate accurate intelligence under time constraints
- Excellent written communication skills to transform complex information into clear, actionable intelligence products
- Strong research and synthesis skills with ability to evaluate multiple sources and produce organized analysis
- Familiarity with OSINT methodologies, social media monitoring, and intelligence collection tools
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain situational awareness across a broad geographic portfolio
- Professional Spanish reading proficiency is preferred; Portuguese proficiency is a plus
- Experience monitoring or analyzing risk in the Americas preferred
- Commitment to flexible hours to support a 24/7 team
