Job Summary
Provide compliance and operational risk subject matter expertise to support product teams and strategic initiatives within Consumer & Business Banking. Manage risk for assigned products, support new product development, product structure, rates/fees, and related strategic initiatives. Collaborate with First Line and Second Line of Defense risk subject matter experts to ensure adherence to risk policies, navigate enterprise risk frameworks, and support timely risk decisions across multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrate strong analytical, facilitation, and project management abilities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to balance risk, process efficiency, and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than eight years of applicable experience
- Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills
- Proficient communication skills (written and verbal)
- Deep knowledge of risk/compliance/audit competencies
- Experience with risk management frameworks and regulatory considerations
- Hybrid/flexible schedule with in-office expectations of 3+ days per week
