Job Summary
Own Syndio's most strategic accounts end to end, serving as the embedded, high-touch expert on a focused portfolio of two to three complex enterprise customers. Partner daily with senior customer stakeholders as a credible peer who speaks their language, running and interpreting pay equity analyses while advising on workplace equity strategy. Lead complex, multi-product implementations and migrations, including Data Hub migrations and readiness for regulations like the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Deliver "Value Realization" storytelling that helps these flagship customers recognize milestones and tangible ROI. Operate at global scale, navigating multi-region org structures and matrixed organizations. Serve as the prototype for a new, high-touch expert model, partnering with Product, Revenue Marketing, and Engineering to turn customer insights into scalable playbooks.
Required Qualifications
- deep domain expertise in pay equity, compensation, or total rewards
- ability to perform a pay equity analysis
- ability to interpret the results of a pay equity analysis
- ability to hold your own in a conversation with a compensation or total-rewards leader
- significant experience implementing or managing enterprise SaaS customers
- experience with the largest, most complex, and most demanding accounts
- strong project management skills
- strong project-planning skills
- ability to drive structure and momentum across long, high-stakes engagements
- comfort operating at global scale
- ability to navigate large, matrixed, multi-region organizations
- credibility and confidence with senior stakeholders
- ability to build trusted-advisor relationships at the VP and executive level
