Job Summary
Manage large-scale customer deployments and own the end-to-end project plan, including RAID logs and governance meetings. Lead solution workshops to define L1 processes, guide change management across policy and training, and run technical demonstrations for executives and users. Juggle multiple engagements while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver time-to-value. Requires 8+ years in implementation consulting, 4+ years with technical products, and 4+ years leading on-site workshops with 10+ stakeholders. German fluency is required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting role
- Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience
- Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies
- 4+ years experience supporting or working with technical products
- 4+ years running on-site workshops with over 10 stakeholders
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills
- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders: executives, Product and Engineering senior management, day-to-day users of our software
- Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
- Will require travel to customer sites for up to 30% of the time, which may include overnight stays
Desired Qualifications

- Experience using AI or automation into CS workflows to drive measurable productivity improvements
- Experience creating implementation methodologies and/or frameworks
