Job Summary
Strategic HR Business Partner to support senior leadership (Board Members and ML1s) across Asia Pacific and the Transformation Office, translating the Global HR People Strategy into actionable priorities. Lead workforce planning, talent development, and organizational change while championing culture, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with regional HR heads and global HR to design and deliver solutions, drive HR analytics, and manage executive and talent processes. Will lead a team of HRBPs and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, with responsibility across multiple business units and functions in a matrix global organization. Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus. Location options: Singapore or Munich.
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing strategic HR advice to senior leaders, including Board Members and ML1s
- Experience leading and developing global HR teams
- Strong understanding of HR processes and their connection to business strategy
- Change management and organizational transformation experience
- Familiarity with local labour laws and regulatory environments
- Analytical and data-driven with HR metrics and insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
