Job Summary
Strategic Growth Partner focused on Enterprise AI and Transformation, responsible for driving a $3-5M annual booking target through new client acquisition and expansion of enterprise footprints. Lead full-cycle sales ownership from opportunity identification through solutioning to contract closure, with emphasis on transforming engagements into high-margin managed services and outsourcing contracts. Leverage hi-tech industry insights to provide consultative guidance, build trusted-advisor relationships with CxO/VP stakeholders, and articulate end-to-end AI solutions and transformation frameworks for cost optimization and business efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, pre-sales, and solution groups to develop high-value proposals, maintain rigorous pipeline integrity, and execute comprehensive account plans with measurable ROI. Willingness to travel for client meetings and strategic workshops in a global, world-class organization.
Required Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of success in account management, business development, or technology consulting
- Proven ability to manage and grow large enterprise client relationships
- Experience in Hi-Tech industry preferred with technology-driven or consulting solutions
- Executive presence with ability to influence at the CxO/VP level
- Ability to navigate complex, long sales cycles and organizational structures
- Mobility/travel for client meetings and transformation workshops
