Strategic Growth Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end Strategic Growth data pipeline, including ingestion, cleaning, validation, and quality control within Salesforce. Partner with BD stakeholders to troubleshoot data issues, implement scalable fixes, and train users on Salesforce architecture aligned with business processes and forecasting needs. Analyze business development data to translate findings into clear narratives that enhance leadership understanding of pursuit performance and pipeline health. Design, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards to support opportunity reviews, forecasting, and executive reporting. This role drives alignment between Strategic Growth, Program Management, and Finance to enhance leadership decision-making through structured analyses. Supports key planning cycles that shape annual targets, forecasts, and investment priorities. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in data analysis or CRM administration. Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- Typically 3 or more years of experience in data analysis, CRM administration, business operations, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, data architecture, and data quality management
- Demonstrated ability to collect data, define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to generate effective oral and written presentations on complex and technical subjects
- Ability to interpret detailed business requirements and translate them into data structures, validation logic, and reporting outputs
- Strong problemsolving mindset with the ability to handle abstract concepts and ambiguous datasets
- Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role
- Must be able to work overtime on and off-shifts as required
- The employee is on call 24x7 for the resolution of problems and issues
Desired Qualifications
- Hands on experience administering or supporting Salesforce, including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and data imports
- Experience designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards, including data blending, calculated fields, and automated refresh pipelines
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills; ability to independently diagnose and resolve data issues
- Experience working in U.S. DoD capture, RFP, or proposal environments
- Familiarity with process improvement tools and methodologies, including leading or participating in workflow optimization projects
