Job Summary
Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams to expand Compass’s presence in the Austin market. Conduct consultative business discovery and deliver enterprise-style demonstrations of our technology platform tailored to agents, teams, and brokerage leaders. Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform; build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative, relationship-driven approach; develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence; collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams. This quota-carrying role measures revenue attainment with deal sizes ranging from $75K to $5M+ and a typical ~30-day sales cycle. The compensation package includes base salary in the $100k–$110k range with target bonuses and potential equity, plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven success in a quota-carrying role
- Strong interpersonal, influence and communication skills
- Self-starter with strong judgment
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a tech focused presentation
