Job Summary

Strategic Growth Leader responsible for shaping and executing global growth initiatives. Leads high-impact cross-functional projects with measurable business impact (growth, margin, market share, productivity, business model), acts as initiative owner or program lead, ensures alignment across regions and functions, and uses data analytics to inform leadership decisions. Drives global process optimization (strategy deployment, planning, and review cycles) and supports development and deployment of commercial frameworks and best practices across regions. Requires strong execution, commercial acumen, executive communication, and the ability to influence in a matrixed, global organization. Secondary emphasis on KPI design, dashboards, and performance reviews to tie outcomes to strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, Electronics/Electrical, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
  • 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, commercial excellence, or business transformation; global industrial or technology environment preferred
