Job Summary

Strategic Growth Associate to work with Gradial leadership to identify and engage senior decision-makers across emerging market opportunities. Responsibilities include researching organizations and executive stakeholders, developing targeted engagement strategies, crafting personalized outbound outreach across channels, generating qualified opportunities to drive pipeline growth and revenue, leveraging AI/tools to improve prospecting and process efficiency, maintaining CRM discipline in HubSpot, and collaborating with Sales/Marketing on opportunities and market expansion. The role emphasizes ownership, building new growth motions, and shaping GTM approaches for Commercial and Enterprise segments, with a base salary of $135k-$155k plus bonuses/equity and comprehensive benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-6+ years in growth, business development, enterprise sales, account development, or related go-to-market role
  • Proven success creating qualified opportunities and influencing pipeline growth within Commercial, Enterprise, or B2B environments
  • Experience engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders through highly personalized outreach and relationship-driven engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools, LLMs, APIs, and automation workflows to improve research, account targeting, personalization, and overall go-to-market effectiveness
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to communicate credibly with senior business leaders
  • Strong research and analytical skills to uncover opportunities and buying signals
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with ownership and autonomy
  • Proactive problem-solving bias toward action
  • Genuine curiosity about businesses and markets
