Job Summary
Strategic Growth Account Manager who owns upsell and expansion opportunities across an existing self-service customer base and inbound opportunities, driving current MRR growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within an assigned book of customer accounts. You will lead qualification, discovery, and close of opportunities, manage a healthy upsell pipeline, and engage cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless execution. The role emphasizes value-based selling, strategic deal strategy, and senior stakeholder engagement (manager to executive levels), with a focus on expanding revenue within marketplaces (ARI offerings) and delivering measurable customer outcomes. Candidates based in Bangalore or India remote locations are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account expansion, revenue growth, or partnerships in an individual contributor role
- experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart
- quota ownership with attainment expectations scaled by seniority and ramp phase
- ability to conduct structured discovery and articulate value-based solutions
- strong deal ownership and closing skills with comfortable quota-driven targets
