Job Summary
Strategic Financing Solutions VP role centered on leading end-to-end transactional execution, origination and structuring across diverse asset classes (e.g., Digital Infrastructure ABS, bespoke loans, securitizations), developing client-focused marketing materials, and mentoring junior staff within a dynamic capital markets environment. Responsibilities include managing the full cycle of transactions, coordinating across sales, trading, risk, legal, and operations; presenting to clients and internal committees; building client relationships; tracking market developments; and contributing to new product platforms. Requires five+ years in markets-related transactions, strong quantitative and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive leadership approach.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years in a markets-related transactional role, with experience in an investment banking front office or related position.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and execute complex transactions.
- Strong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to synthesize and communicate financial concepts.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance and transaction cycles, with a strong execution orientation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders across the firm.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently while supporting and leading teams.
