Strategic Financing Solutions Group - Associate

Associate in Strategic Financing Solutions (SFS) participates in the full cycle of transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations. Works in a dynamic Capital Markets environment supporting senior team members across corporate financing transactions, including structure analysis, tracking opportunities, evaluating market developments, and developing marketing content. Covers a broad range of industries & sponsors, coordinating with trading desks across asset classes; analyzes transaction structures across asset classes (e.g., Digital Infrastructure ABS, Preferred Equity Transactions, Bespoke Loans, Whole Business Securitizations), identifies revenue opportunities, prepares materials for client calls/meetings, participates in client calls, facilitates client engagements, and manages execution by coordinating among sales, trading, Banking, Risk, legal, and other parties. Develops new products and platforms to deepen the bank’s offerings in credit and loan financing; tracks market developments and maintains client-facing materials. Strong emphasis on quantitative skills, communication with senior professionals, teamwork, and independent work; requires minimum two years in a markets-related transactional or front-office role.
