Job Summary
Strategic Finance Analyst to build financial planning and reporting infrastructure using AI-enabled tools; develop models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario planning; monitor dashboards; support cash flow, treasury, and investor reporting; collaborate with operations and other units; contribute to automation initiatives and governance materials. Requires 1-2 years of finance-related experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced Excel, and demonstrated use of AI tools; in-office 5 days/week at Toronto HQ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, automated workflows, and building models from scratch
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional setting to improve workflows, reporting, analysis, or business processes
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- 5 days in office at our Toronto HQ - Brodie has thrived due to a culture of collaboration and teamwork in office
