Job Summary
Partner directly with senior leadership to shape company strategy, driving decisions on growth, investments, capital allocation, and organizational priorities. Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve business performance by connecting strategy, finance, operations, and execution across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and People teams. Design operating rhythms for scaling, including planning, forecasting, and performance management, while defining the long-term financial strategy for fundraising and new business opportunities. Directly shape how the company builds an AI-native finance organization by reimagining workflows where AI augments planning, analysis, and decision-making. This high-autonomy role thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, requiring hands-on execution to implement solutions and drive alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience across management consulting, investment banking, private equity, Strategic Finance or Business Operations roles in high-growth companies
- Proficiency in complex financial modeling and planning
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams, building strong relationships, and driving alignment in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and articulate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders, from executives to operators
- Hands-on operator: comfortable digging into the details with teams, implementing solutions, and iterating quickly - not just producing metrics or analysis
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused, with the resilience to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced setting
