Job Summary
Own the end-to-end board report narrative, prepare monthly finance review materials, and manage quarterly lender compliance packs with precision. Lead annual credit rating reviews, support debt refinancing and equity transactions, and coordinate high-stakes capital markets communications for the CFO. Deliver bulletproof financial storytelling to lenders, rating agencies, and the board while maintaining strict accuracy and timeliness across complex capital structures.
Required Qualifications
- Capital markets fluency
- Understanding of how lenders, rating agencies, and institutional equity investors think
- Experience on at least one side of lender, rating agency, or institutional equity investor interactions (origination, advisory, investor relations, leveraged finance, or ratings)
- Reporting precision and meticulousness
- Ability to spot errors in board packs, lender packs, and rating agency presentations
- Narrative skill to frame financial stories for sophisticated audiences
- Composure and reliability under pressure
- Ownership mindset for drafting, challenging, and landing board pack deliverables
- Builder's instinct to find faster, more accurate, or automated ways to produce lender packs or build board reports
- Relevant experience in Transaction services / Big 4 deal advisory
- Relevant experience in Investment banking / Corporate finance
- Relevant experience in Investor relations or corporate development at a PE-backed or publicly listed business
- Relevant experience in Strategic FP&A with significant investor or lender-facing responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a finance degree program (even unconventional)
- Specific sector experience
