Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary
Maintain detailed 3-statement financial models, valuation models, and industry benchmarks to support strategic decision-making and long-range financial planning. Provide data-driven insights on company financial performance, customer and ARR metrics, and investment opportunities through variance analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis. Develop forecasts and present dashboards, reports, and executive summaries highlighting KPIs to senior leadership. Monitor trends in the industry, economy, and capital markets while conducting research on internal and external financial, business, and technology trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of related experience in a senior financial or strategic role
- Experience preferably in Enterprise SaaS within a high-growth environment
- Prior experience in investment banking
- Strong understanding of financial statements — including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Strong experience with FP&A and BI analytics tools, including Adaptive Insights and Power BI
- Strong business partnering experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights

- Experience at a Private Equity portfolio company

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market analysis and industry benchmarking to inform and shape growth strategies
