Job Summary
Strategic Finance Lead who will own core financial models for strategic planning and decision-making, develop and maintain projections across headcount, growth, and infrastructure costs, and lead special projects for C-suite and VPs. Collaborates with business, finance, product, and engineering to ensure models reflect business goals, and builds scalable processes and metrics used by leadership. Requires 4+ years in strategic finance/FP&A, 2+ years banking experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a proven ability to tackle ambiguous tasks with a first-principles mindset. Remote-friendly SF, CA-based role targeting fast-paced growth environments.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of strategic finance / FP&A role at another growth-stage startup
- At least 2 years of banking experience at a top-tier firm
- Experience in building financial analysis and planning and implementing various processes to improve visibility across spend, budgeting, and procurement
- Strong financial acumen and ability to work cross-functionally across various engineering, product, growth, and operations teams
- Ability to take ownership and execute on ambiguous tasks with first principles mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
