Strategic Finance (Helium Health)

Lead financial management and drive strategic decision-making by developing and implementing financial accounting systems, preparing IFRS-compliant reports, and presenting results to the Board. Manage financial performance through working capital, investments, and cash flow optimization while standardizing processes and executing cost management strategies. Build a robust accounting framework, maintain budget adherence, and optimize treasury operations to ensure wise use of resources. Liaise with investors, regulators, and auditors to resolve queries and advise on fiscal regulations. Reports to the CFO with a focus on standardizing finance processes and conducting a company valuation within the first quarter. This Head of Finance role supports Helium Health's Healthtech platform, which provides EMR and hospital management solutions across emerging markets.
