Job Summary
Own financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the GTM org while building models across revenue, S&M spend, headcount, and strategic bets. Analyze usage-based metrics like ARR, gross margin, and consumption trends to partner with GTM leaders on targets, pricing, and sales compensation. Prepare board materials, investor updates, and fundraising analyses to improve reporting and operational rigor. Work cross-functionally to turn ambiguous business questions into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone with 3 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance, investing, or investment banking who wants broad exposure to company-building inside a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth company, PE/VC investing, and/or investment banking
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executives
- Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail with a bias toward ownership and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High intellectual curiosity and interest in AI / infrastructure / developer tooling
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience at a usage-based software company
- familiarity with SQL or BI tools
- Experience in sales finance and/or sales compensation
- Experience in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS
- Familiarity with usage-based business models
