Job Summary
Finance/Business Manager Vice President in Wholesale Lending Services leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting; partners with Finance, Product, Operations, Business Management, and Data & Analytics to drive financial performance; develops financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making; evaluates investment opportunities and prepares business cases to support capital allocation; conducts variance analysis to explain financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial guidance and supporting strategic initiatives; identifies and implements process improvements to enhance Finance & Business Management efficiency; performs ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial analysis, or related roles
