Strategic Finance Associate

Own corporate planning and forecasting processes, including annual planning, monthly financial reviews, weekly operating rhythms, and long-range planning. Manage the corporate forecast model and facilitate collection of inputs from stakeholders. Analyze key business drivers across deployment, product, R&D, and corporate functions, translating findings into actionable recommendations. Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives such as margin analysis, technology vendor forecasting, and hiring pipeline performance. Prepare clear, high-quality materials for executive and board discussions, distilling complex data into concise narratives and decision points. Help improve the systems, processes, and operating cadences that enable Finance to scale with the business. Requires 2-4+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or related analytical role; experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment; strong financial modeling; fluency in ARR, gross margin, magic number, and burn/runway; experience partnering with cross-functional leaders and influencing decisions through data, judgment, and strong communication; comfort working in ambiguity and a high-ownership environment where priorities evolve quickly.
