Job Summary
Strategic Finance and KPIs, Vice President leading KPI development across Global Corporate Banking (GCB) to measure and communicate performance; conduct product analytics for Payments and Lending; partner with FP&A leads and product partners to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning; deliver executive-level presentations and reports with clear, actionable insights; drive continuous improvement in reporting methodologies; lead monthly/quarterly product performance reviews; build relationships with global stakeholders to align on business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of work experience in Finance or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other analytics focused major
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities
- Experience in product performance evaluation
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, comfortable working with senior level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently
- Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Collaborative team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business and Finance Teams
