Job Summary
Own the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis, executive summaries, and insights for senior leadership. Contribute to quarterly forecasting cycles, annual budget development, and build financial models for scenario planning and long-term strategic planning. Review studio-level P&L performance, develop KPI tracking frameworks, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations. This role reports directly to the VP of Finance at SoulCycle's NYC headquarters, focusing on fostering an open, diverse, and inclusive community within a purpose-driven organization.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, consulting or FP&A experience
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- Extraordinary Excel and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Powerpoint skills and experience with Executive level presentations
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and exhibit flexibility
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning & accounting systems (Hyperion, OneStream, JDE, D365)
- Fitness, hospitality or retail experience
