Strategic Finance Analyst (m/w/d) for a temporary parental leave replacement focused on data-driven decision support. Responsibilities include operating treasury management, steering cash flows, planning liquidity, and coordinating with the UK parent to optimize working capital; establish cashflow reporting, monitor financing flows, and derive actionable forecasting recommendations; ensure adequate funding and optimal group-level cash flow; assist in managing credit facilities and serve as a contact for banks; collaborate with Accounting and international Finance teams to standardize processes and share best practices in the financial supply chain; deliver regular management reports on gross margin and support budgeting/forecasting and the evolution of reporting structures; contribute to projects such as tool enhancements and new reporting structures; required skills include data analysis, understanding of cashflow, working capital, gross margin, financial modelling and reporting standards; experience in visualization and communicating finance data to management or business teams; proficiency with AI tools in daily work; ability to work structurally, solution-oriented, and in cross-country teams; fluent German and English; motivation to contribute to energy transition.
