Strategic Event Operations Manager

Job Summary
Own end-to-end operational strategy for large-scale, high-complexity events from early planning through execution; design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed; translate partner needs into scalable operational models; lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations; unblock issues and ensure delivery meets partner expectations and internal standards; thrive in ambiguity with high ownership and the ability to build structure where none exists; 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or strategy/operations in high-growth companies; strong problem-solving, builder mentality, stakeholder management, and balance of strategic design with execution; English proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Top-tier consulting (MBB or similar), OR Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies
- Experience solving complex, ambiguous problems
- Experience leading projects end-to-end
- Fluent English required
